For rookie Ryan Hartman, his first NHL shift flipped the script Friday night.Instead of getting rudely introduced to the NHL, Hartman decided to Kamari Williams Jersey put the rest of the league on alert, apparently.The 2013 first-round pick was a little amped up for his first shift and made his presence known seconds into it. forward was going for a loose puck at the same time as Hartman. The Chicago rookie got to it, but contact with Zubrus was unavoidable. The Devils veteran got the worst of it. The force of the hit was so severe that Zubrus helmet popped clean off his head.That hit came mere seconds after the 20-year-old stepped on the ice for the first time.
