One minute your team's holding lanes just fine, the next a Warship rolls in and the whole map turns into a no-go zone. That swing happens a lot in Black Ops 7, and if you're not ready for it, the match gets ugly fast. EMPs are huge against ground targets, especially if a sentry is locking a lane or some robotic unit is pinning your team in spawn. One clean EMP can buy everyone breathing room. Deal with each streak the right way

A couple of ARC shots, a few EMPs, and it's done. The DAWG catches loads of players because they keep sprinting in the open. Better idea: break line of sight, reset, then hit it with equipment. A Dreadnought is different. You're not winning that fight by standing near a window hoping for a lucky rocket. Get indoors, stay off obvious sightlines, and wait for moments when you can peek safely. Stay calm and stop the spiral
The biggest difference between teams that recover and teams that collapse is usually awareness. If the sky is full of enemy support, stop ego-challenging everything. Slow the pace down. Watch the mini-map, move through cover, and don't feed free kills while streaks are active. Most of the time, shutting down low-tier support early is what prevents the whole chain from getting out of hand. That's the boring truth, and it wins games.
